MotorWare Licenses
All MotorWare purchases come with a thirty day money back guarantee. Technical support is available for the first thirty days after purchase. The support is via email, and you will receive an email address which to send queries upon your license purchase.
Support queries are limited to help with activating the software. Issues such as data recovery, data transfer, networking or multi-user setup, or general "how-to" questions are not covered under this limited support policy. MotorWare reserves the right to limit your access to support in cases of excessive use.
MotorWare is licensed software. You purchase a license to use the software on a particular computer. You do not "purchase the software". This restriction is typical of all software purchases. You are only purchasing a license or right to use the software on a single computer. If you need to move the software to another computer, or you need an upgrade, additional fees may apply.
The software is sold on an as-is basis without warranty of any kind. Your use of the software is governed by the MotorWare software license agreement, which you must agree to as a condition of using the software. Your only remedy is a refund of the license fee paid within thirty days of license purchase.
